Whistleblowing

At NOVO Energy, we strive to have an open and transparent workplace, where misconduct does not occur. As an employer and part of the business community, it is therefore important for us to enable the reporting of any misconduct in an easy and secure way.

NOVO Energy uses a third-party whistleblower channel (Visslan) which ensures your anonymity and high platform security.

Who can report?

We encourage all employees and other stakeholders to make a whistleblowing report if they suspect misconduct.

Anyone working at the company or who is otherwise working under NOVO Energy’s control and management can make a report. If you are unsure or want to know more about who is entitled to report, we encourage you to read in our full whistleblower policy (see link below).

What can be reported?

Antitrust violations, fraud and corruption are examples of issues that should be reported. It may also relate to serious forms of discrimination or harassments. You do not need to submit proof of your suspicion, but all reports must be submitted in good faith.

How is the reporting handled?

All reports are handled confidentially. All irrelevant personal data will be deleted, and the case will only be saved for as long as necessary.

As an employee, we primarily encourage you to:

  • Contact your manager or your manager’s supervisor

  • Contact HR, Legal, Finance or Compliance

  • A report can also be submitted via the third-party whistleblower communication channel Visslan where you can choose to remain anonymous
